再試 《免揉麵包之父》的義式小棍
再做義式小棍,今次按原
食譜
改用3/4法包粉,1/4特高筋粉,其他不變,麵團好像較濕難成形,還要再試。
喜歡這個簡單食譜,用來做三文治很好,下次要跟書自製內餡啦!
