焗蕃薯配薑味忌廉
入秋天氣稍涼想吃燴蕃薯,參考Ferran 的Family Meal, 在家用焗爐180度焗40分鐘,配上加了薑粉打起的忌廉,這個蕃薯糖水的變奏版更濃厚香甜,簡單卻有驚喜。
