最近喜歡在窗前飲雞尾酒，
於是決定找來幾款食譜試試，
看看那款最得我心。
暫時最愛還是包含甜、酸、鹹的Margarita，
傳說Margarita是為了紀念逝去的Margaret，
杯邊的一抺鹹是情人眼淚的結晶！
雖然明知是賣酒人的促銷故事，
但工作完喝一口浪漫的Margarita，
確實是我每天期望著的Happy hour!
酒譜
Tequila 60ml
Corntreau 20ml
Lemon juice 20ml
Simple syrup 2tsp
全部加入Shaker, 加冰至8分搖30秒
變化
想控制酒精 Tequila可以減至45ml、Contreau15ml
Lemon juice 可用其他sour juice 如 Passion fruit puree和 raspberry puree 代替
如用較甜的fruit puree 如 white peach fruit puree 可減糖
