smoked salmon on corn flat bread with wasabi cream cheese
這個甜粟派對小食做了幾次,扁包切成方塊一口一件是很好的前菜。
這次我唧了辣根忌廉芝士醬,配上煙三文魚,入口很清新。
材料和做法:
忌廉芝士100克、酸忌廉70克、辣根醬30克,打滑入唧袋預先雪一小時;
煙三文魚用香草檻
欖
油浸醃半小時,切小件備用;
食前將忌廉醬唧在切好的包面,再鋪上三文魚即可。
