腐竹薏米湯水
飯後來一個簡單的糖水,少糖走蛋,純粹滿足口慾。
材料: 腐竹一包約3至4 片,洋薏米30克,水1公斤,冰糖少許
做法: 薏米先泡水2小時再煲20分鐘至稔,
然後加入腐竹煲15分鐘,水份和冰糖可按口感調整。
