釀尖椒
最近街市有紅色尖椒,24蚊一斤,價錢比青尖椒貴一倍,於是買來試試。
洗淨切半去掉所有子,再釀入蝦米魚肉,煎香後加點甜豉油,
好吃到不得了,紅椒貴得有道理。
豆朴也不錯,豆皮煎好很香脆,我們一連吃了三餐才收手。
